Doctors from all branches were invited to submit e-papers and e-posters. The abstract deadline was 30th September 2021 and final submissions were due by 31st October 2021.

Max 300 words in English, including: Title, Authors, Presenter, Institution, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Statistical Analysis, Conclusion, and References.
Biography Required
Full name, designation, contact information, and category (paper or poster presentation) were to be submitted alongside the abstract.

No certificate was awarded to co-authors. Violation of guidelines led to rejection of submitted abstracts.
Presentation Format
Registered presenters submitted their presentations in advance. The organizing team displayed all presentations to avoid technical hurdles, followed by a live 1-minute Q&A per presenter.

PowerPoint (.ppt) with audio narration per slide — preferred due to small file size.
Video Format
MP4 of the PowerPoint with audio — less preferred due to large file size.

Time Limit
Max 25 slides, 5 minutes. Presentations exceeding the limit were cut off automatically.
Registration Fees
Registration was open for Indian and foreign delegates across multiple categories, with early bird discounts available until 20th September 2021.
